EVC Diversity & Inclusion Award Nomination Process

Nominations are submitted online via the form below and should include the following materials:

• Two (2) letters of support.  Each letter of support is not to exceed 500 words. Self-nominations are welcome, though support letters should come from persons other than the nominee. (see award criteria).

• Statement of the nominee's body of work advancing diversity and inclusion at KUMC or in the broader community. Statements should be 500 words or less and may be supplied by the nominator or nominee. Statements are due no later than one week after the nomination deadline and can be submitted online. Nominators should notify nominees of the nomination being made to ensure the required Statement is submitted.

• CV or resume of the nominee (optional, can be provided after form is submitted)

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Award Submission Timeline

• January 27, 2023 - Open call for individual and/or group award nominations and submissions
• March 3, 2023 - Last day to submit individual and/or group award nominations and submissions
