Welcome from the Program Director

Our mission for the Clinical Informatics Fellowship is to create trained informaticians who excel in a variety of capacities depending on the fellows' career interests. We provide training and exposure to informatics practices in the academic, corporate, startup, research, and other domains.

The program supports a quality didactic learning environment, active participation in a robust physician-led informatics and information technology-integrated group with opportunities for big- and small-scale projects, as well as medical practice at a 20% level.

The program consists of a variety of informatics-related physicians including six board-certified clinical informatics physicians, and 26 physicians across a broad range of specialties, and 33 superuser residents.

Our philosophy in physician informatics is to emphasize the Quadruple Aim with support for physician experience in a data-driven approach.
