Numerous Study Opportunities Fit to Your Goals
One of the best things you can do for your health is to quit smoking cigarettes. Unfortunately, quitting cigarettes can be one of the hardest things to do. These studies have been designed specifically for African American smokers to give you the best chance of success with support, medication and counseling.
Not ready to quit completely? Electronic cigarettes can be helpful for smokers who are not interested or ready to quit. Research has shown that electronic cigarettes may be less harmful than cigarettes but long-term benefits of electronic cigarettes are still unknown.
We are one of the only quit-smoking programs in the United States focused only on helping African American smokers reach their goals. Our programs have been operating for over 25 years and have helped over 3,400 African-American smokers interested in quitting.
If you’re interested in learning more or want to be considered for participation, please complete the Participation Interest form. One of our team members will reach out to you as soon as possible.
